Property Restoration & Cleaning Techniques

Triangle building at Wolverton Royal Train Shed and Wolverton park

AVV Solutions have experience in property restoration both in the public and commercial sectors:

  • Cleaning, renovating and complete restoration of heavily soiled brick and stone on the intricate facades of historic buildings, follies and sham ruins from earlier centuries
  • Restoration of period properties including the cleaning of timber frames, which date back to the Tudor Period. Using our sensitive cleaning systems we can restore the natural grain of Oak timber hidden by previous themes of the past centuries, by removing soot, varnish and paint
  • Renovation of terracotta and masonry mouldings, and stone carvings on period listed buildings using JOS/TORC rotational vortex systems
  • Removing enviromental and iron-encrusted staining from glazed wall tiles, brick and rendered surfaces such as road rail tunnels or pedestrian underpasses
